Jordan Elise SC is an Afro-Caribbean, process artist and developing spacemaker illustrating reflections of power, memory, and body wisdoms in connection to Black women’s position throughout times of revolution.

They believe that these are informants to worldbuilding and shape the way in which we design our possibilities.

The art is an invitation into the multilayered aspect of potentials. She reflects how nuance is experienced, commonalities and pivotal events to invite others in to witness and expand their own truths.

Abstraction informs their design house -goldenratio 1:1- by pulling from nature, geometry and evolution to create visions of spaces we have yet to make.

It is through the Chicago community, her deep lineage and a dance within the complexities of connection that have shaped Jordan Elise’s purpose.
